Razaullah Khan, serving as the Managing Partner at iBox, brings forth a wealth of experience and expertise in the realm of branding, web, and application design and development. iBOX stands as a premier entity in the UAE, offering comprehensive solutions tailored to meet the evolving needs of businesses across various sectors. However, Raza felt an instant need to revamp the agency’s UX Design & Development, Discovery & Wireframing, and .NET Development.
Challenges and Scope of Work
The company’s current UX design was not intuitive or user-friendly, it resulted in low user engagement, high bounce rates, and ultimately, decreased customer satisfaction and retention.
The discovery phase lacked proper alignment with Wireframing and UX design, leading to miscommunication, unclear project objectives, and ultimately, a product that did not meet user needs or business goals.
